Anonymous ;   can you do a tutorial on how you make your icons?

dude i totally would but honestly the animated ones most of the time i just crop & occasionally slap on an xcf but unlike what you or many people have i use GIMP as well as the mac version of gimp so i doubt you would find any use tbh.
